Each evaluation is conducted with the utmost care and precision to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
Therapy Approaches
We use a variety of evidence based therapies to best suit the client's individual needs. Our primary psychological frameworks include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). For individuals who have undergone trauma, we provide Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Schema Therapy when suitable. We aim to deliver supportive, efficient therapy customised to each individual's circumstances.

- Psychology Therapy with MHCP- $200 per hour
- NDIS, Work Safe, TAC all offered at Insurers rate for psychology- no gap payments with these insurers
