Therapy Approaches in Psychology
Andy uses a variety of evidence based therapies to best suit the client's individual needs. His primary psychological frameworks include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). For individuals who have undergone trauma, he can provide Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Schema Therapy when suitable. He aims to deliver supportive, efficient therapy customised to each individual's circumstances.
